  • It is necessary to read the entire manual before start using the seat.
  • The product should always be used under adult supervision.
  • Never use abrasive products on the fabric (ammonia, acetone, bleach, etc)
  • In case the furniture is in contact with liquids, dry the surfaces immediately to avoid wetting the foam. The seams are not waterproof
  • Make sure the cable is not pressed with heavy or sharp elements.
  • Do not pull the cable.
  • In case you notice damage on the cable, disconnect it from the vibration amplifier.
  • There is a risk of strangulation with the cable.

Technical qualities of the foams we use in our products: Both polyurethane and polyethylene foams are standardized foams and comply with the most demanding European regulatory standards, both technically and environmentally.

This Puff is the result of a process of innovation and testing with many users. Its design allows adapting to each person and time, being useful for people with spasticity and also for people with low muscle tone. This Puff allows people who are in a wheelchair to change their position, be in a pleasant position and allow them to participate in an activity or conversation. Our poufs are created with a very resistant and pleasant material, they are filled with small balls to adapt to the shape of the body.

This fascinating puff vibrates to the rhythm of the music, the voice or the sound of any video, generating a powerful and pleasant effect on its users. You need the Vibroacoustic Amplifier to work or it should be used in a multisensory room that has the SHX System.

For installation of the device, a female Speakon audio output connection must be provided.

It’s possible to connect the device directly to the vibration amplifier.

Connect the connector of the seat (male speakon) to the vibration output of the amplifier (female speakon).

To connect the connector you must insert it into the connector and turn it until you feel a “click”:

To disconnect the connector, you must pull the silver lever and rotate the connector counter clockwise to remove it.

  • Wash with water and mild soap.
  • Rinse with clean water.
  • Dry with soft cloth.

Vibration is not working on the seat:

In case the vibration is not working follow the “Troubleshooting” guide depending on the device you have installed:

a) If it’s a SHX Rack, see the guide of the BJ-EX02 SHX Rack.

b) If it’s a SHX Compact or SHX Device, see the guide of the BJ-EX04 or BJ-EX06 SHX Compact.

c) If it’s a vibroacoustic amplifier, see the guide of the BJ-EMAVIB Vibroacoustic Amplifier.

Can I connect a sound amplifier?

This vibration device CAN NOT be connected to a sound amplifier. Always connect a vibration amplifier that works within the range of frequencies that mark the technical specifications of this manual.

Has the music been heard through the vibration device?

This element is designed to produce a vibration from an audio signal. You are not ready to play a sound. Even so, a sound can be felt through the vibration.

  • To avoid possible damage to the environment or human health that represents the uncontrolled disposal of waste, separate these products from other types of waste and recycle them correctly. In this way, the sustainable reuse of material resources is promoted.
  • Private users can contact the establishment where they purchased the product or with the relevant local authorities to find out how and where they can take it to be subjected to environmentally friendly and safe recycling.

Within the legal warranty period we agree to rectify for free by repairing or replacing defects in the product derived from defective materials or manufacturing defects.

Any unauthorised alteration or modifications to the product will void this warranty.
